How do I know if you’re the right therapist for me?

Finding a therapist that is a good fit for you is the most important factor in how effective therapy will be for you, which is why I encourage you to schedule a free consultation so that we can get to know one another. There is no obligation or expectation to work together afterwards, it’s simply the best way to get a real feel for what I’m like and whether or not you feel comfortable and excited about working with me. I have included a list of issues, identities, and goals that I typically enjoy focusing on below, but I would encourage you to trust your intuition whether or not you see yourself reflected in that list. If you have a good feeling about me, reach out, if you don’t, look for someone you are more drawn towards. If you aren’t sure, I’d love to meet with you so you can find out more!
